Refund & Cancellation Policy

New members receive a 30 day free trial of the Ondyne Circle membership. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will never be charged.

At the end of the trial your membership automatically continues at £4.99 per month and renews monthly on the same date until you cancel. We will email a reminder before the first payment.

You can cancel at any time, with no questions asked, in two ways:

• Open Membership in your portal and click Manage billing to open the secure Stripe billing portal.
• Or email hello@joinondyne.com and we will cancel it for you.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days from the start of a paid subscription to cancel and receive a refund. This right does not apply once you have expressly consented to digital content being supplied immediately and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right to cancel.

Because the Ondyne membership begins with a 30 day free trial, you can always cancel before the trial ends at no cost.

We do not generally refund a billing period once it has begun, except where required by law (for example a duplicate charge, a payment taken after a valid cancellation, or a service fault). If you believe a charge was made in error, email hello@joinondyne.com and we will investigate promptly.
